its a rolling acceptance rate of your last 100 orders. if the one to get knocked off is a rejection and you rejected the newest order then it won't change. if you accepted it it will go up one. if the one to get knocked off was an acceptance then an acceptance will keep the rate and a rejection will drop it down. its hardly rocket science. Your rating doesn’t change until 2 weeks after you complete the program, then you receive your new rating. They don’t say it goes to 100% immediately.
