I drove several of each. If you want more of a cornering car, the Camaro Wins. If you want more of a drag racer, the Challenger wins. And sunroof does NOT automatically come with 2SS package; that's an extra option. OP, like others have said, you get leather, HUD, Heated seats, Boston Acoustics, and some other interior goodies with a 2SS.
