I found a solution to the Mule Pro FXT Hot Foot Problem. The problem is the radiator vents right under the dash onto your feet & that it doesn't get enough air though there to properly cool the radiator when the weather is hot. This assumes the head gasket was correctly installed with proper torque and proper torque sequence increments and using proper pattern tightening. H.I got the Mule service manual to be sure of the sensor and even traced the white/green wire to the temp bulb on the dash and checked all the wiring on that end that I could.
