The oil filter cap is tight and not leaking. The car is outside the power train warranty. The bolts in that area are tight.VW 507.0 approved oil is "Mobil 1 ESP" which is available at most Auto Parts Store. The choice is yours. Any 507.0 approved oil will work just fine. ( use any oil that's only a "low SAPS" oil.) All low SAPS oils will be either VW 507.0 (5w30) or MB 229.51 (5w30 or 5w40) approved. This Applies to the CRTDI Cruze as well.
